Abstract submissions extended for the World Hospital Congress 2026

Due to high demand, we are happy to announce that you still have time to submit an abstract for this year’s World Hospital Congress. The new and final deadline for submissions is 13 March.

If you have been thinking about submitting, this is your opportunity. The World Hospital Congress will take place in Seoul from 20 to 22 October 2026. It will bring together leaders, decision makers, clinicians, and innovators from around the world to exchange ideas and practical solutions for today’s health system challenges.

Oral and poster presentations: Five scientific tracks

You can submit your abstract under one of five tracks:

Track 1: Human-centred experience in a fast-changing world

Track 2: Leadership imperatives for long-term success

Track 3: Environmentally sustainable, resilient, and low-carbon healthcare

Track 4: Digital transformation and the impact of AI on care and operations

Track 5: Advancing clinical models for quality, safety, and sustainability

Each track focuses on practical insights, measurable impact, and lessons that others can apply in their own settings. Selected abstracts will be featured as oral or poster presentations within the official scientific programme. Both formats offer valuable opportunities for discussion, visibility, and networking.
